Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the last item.

2. Extended Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy.
This means you can return items within 30 days of receiving them, even without formally exercising the right of withdrawal.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SolandSkara, info@solandskara.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post).
You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

4. Returning the Goods

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Under the 30-day return policy, you may also return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping.
We also reimburse the original delivery costs if you return the entire order, unless you chose a shipping method other than our standard option.

6. Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
